Don't PLAY the victim.

We cannot CONTROL the way that others may act, however, we can be mindful on how we respond. Reach for your breath first. This will begin to give you a clear head, sometimes counting your breathes takes this to the next level of relaxation and connected mindfulness, additionally it creates more space/time. Its less about control and more about discipline. When we try and control everything, the only other place to go is OUT OF CONTROL. This is dangerous for many reasons. Instead, with mindfulness and breath work, you can slow down and be FLEXIBLE. Discipline requires flexibility. Its like yoga for the mind! Stretch your brain around that YO! XOXO, Meta-Maria!
