We Heal During Sleep

"Pay attention to your sleep window! That’s the 30 to 45 minute window when your eyes are getting heavy or you yawn frequently - and it’s the time when you’re the most naturally ready to sleep. If you go to bed then, you’ll fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly. If you wait and miss that sleep opportunity, your nervous system kicks in and gets you going again, according to sleep expert, Dr. Michael Breus. And if you get that second wind, you could be up for another 90 minutes. So make sure you go to bed during your natural sleep window!"- John Tesh. Try and keep a set schedule, your body will appreciate this.We heal at night, and our systems begin to repair beginning at 10:30pm.
