Beauty Sleep is SOOOOOOO IMPORTANT.

"Want another reason or two to get a good night’s sleep? It will keep you healthy! Here’s what happens when you only get 6 hours of sleep a night: • Your risk of a stroke is quadrupled. • Your obesity risk goes up 30%.
