Take Care of Yourself. LOVE YOURSELF

1-Listen to your body. 2- Educate yourself on self care. 3-Use and be aware of proper body mechanics. 4-Get a massage, endless benefits, aim for 25 a year. That is every other week:) 5-Soak in bathtub, hottub, sauna or steam! 6-RELAX. 7-Meditate 8-Focus on positive thoughts/results. 9-Sip a cup of tea, or tea ceremony! 10-Go for a walk outside, be in nature.
